I mean, that's certainly a thing you could do. We had a cat called Little Biscuit once, and further back in family history, there's Uncles Paddling Marmalade the Third. But I have not managed to formulate a riddle to which 'Hyper Pickle' is the answer. I suppose it would be redundant.

'Hyper' no longer seems doubtful. She jumps at least as high as she is long, and will leap up onto and off the side of beds and sofas as though doing parkour. If she's given multiple inaccessible moths to look at her gaze follows them so fast it looks like she's been hooked up to the mains.
